The 57-year-old "momager" said that if Kim and Kanye were to decide to get married, it would be a small and "private" occasion, unlike her televised wedding to Kris Humphries in 2011.
Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, Jenner said: "This time it will be private and smaller, if she does get married again - not 500 people."
Jenner's admission comes as the reality TV star kicks off the promotional trail for the six-week trial run of her new talk show, Kris.
The programme will reportedly focus on fashion, beauty and fitness, and Jenner has said that she hopes to inspire women her age.
She said: "So many women give up in life when they get a little bit older... I want to be a positive influence. I want to come from a really good place. Some people are just lost, and maybe I can be an inspiration."
