Luv' on the "Nationale Top 100" and "Radio 10 Top 4000"

Recently, Sterren.nl and Radio 10 have conducted a poll to select the "greatest songs of all time".

* Nationale Top 100 (Sterren.nl): Luv' appears twice on the chart: "You're the Greatest Lover" (#72) and "Trojan Horse" (#52). By the way, "Dokter Bernhard" by José Hoebee's friend "Bonnie St. Claire" has been ranked #70.

* Radio 10 Top 4000: Luv' has scored three hits: "U.O.Me" (#3587), "Trojan Horse" (#1888), "You're the Greatest Lover" (#1083).

Radio 2 Top 2000 / Radio 10 Top 4000 : Vote for Luv'!!!

Radio 2 and Radio 10 have asked its listeners to vote for the "greatest songs of all time".

* Radio 10 compiles a list of 4000 songs. Three tracks performed by Luv' have been preselected: U.O.Me, You're the Greatest Lover and Trojan Horse. Click here to vote until November 26th.

* Radio 2 compiles a list of 2000 songs. In the past, "The Greatest Lover" used to be ranked in this prestigious chart. You can vote from November 30th to December 6th. Info: click here.

RadioNL has asked its listeners to vote for the "1500 Greatest Dutch Songs of All Time". The voters can choose five songs until December 1st. So the fans can vote for any songs of Luv', José Hoebee (solo), Bonnie St. Claire (solo) as well as Bonnie & José (duo).

Sterren.nl Radio has asked its listeners to vote for the "100 Greatest Dutch Songs of All Time". Four songs of Luv' have been preselected: "U.O.Me", "You're the Greatest Lover", "Trojan Horse" and "Casanova". José Hoebee's friend, Bonnie St. Claire has also been preselected with six tracks: "Bonnie kom je buiten spelen", "Claps your hands and stamp you feet" (with Unit Gloria), "Dokter Bernhard" (with Ron Brandsteder), "Pierrot", "Sla je arm om me heen" and "Morgen wordt alles anders" (with Gerard Joling). You can vote until November 24th by clicking here

"The Greatest Lover" on the "Foute Top 500"

Recently Luv's signature song "You're the Greatest Lover" was ranked #233 on the "Foute Top 500" (a list of the 500 cheesiest pop songs compiled by Q-music radio station).

The Story of Luv' on RTV Ridderkerk

The radio show "The Story Of..." airs every Sunday between 5.00 and 6.00 pm on RTV-Ridderkerk and features music, interviews and career information about the greatest singers and bands from the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s. It is repeated on Monday at 10.00 pm.

Tomorrow's broadcast will put Luv' in the spotlight. From 1977 to 1981, the trio dominated the record charts in several European countries (Benelux, German speaking coutries, Denmark) but also scored hits in exotic territories (South Africa, New Zealand and Mexico).
